@Femi_Sorry @RishiSunak Isn't the second line of this just plain wrong? Tax on alcohol is paid by the brewer or distiller and not by any pub or retail outlet. Sure the price of it is passed on to the retailer (pub, shop or supermarket) but wrapped up in product cost + a bit of profit.
