Information and intelligence are essentially free. Structure is not. Everyone can know. Almost no one can aim. The advantage was never in the knowing. It was always in the conversion.
Invention or verification.
Those are the only two safe poles for AI.
Everything in between is the danger zone:
the model asserts a truth claim it invented and that no one can check.
Rule: Let AI invent or verify — never assert.
Stay on one pole. Hand the judgment to the human.
@PranavMalhlz The inner country is the fount from which all flows downstream.
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Proverbs 4:23
The Phantom Watchman
He was hired in the seam between two lives,
when the wall came down and the world rushed in —
a keeper for the edge, where the self survives,
paid in vigilance, that coin of kin.
He learned one border, learned it breached and torn,
and swore the oath all watchmen swear:
no height again, no gate left open, sworn —
and taxed each act to fund the care.
Three lands he cannot see he still defends:
the inner country, sound and made anew,
the outer field where labor bears and tends,
the mended line an older Hand walked through.
He asks the three old questions of the dark —
does it hold, can I act, am I allowed? —
but reads the answers by an ancient mark,
a fallen wall long risen from its shroud.
No argument relieves a phantom post;
he stands for what was severed, not what stands.
Bring him evidence — the climb, the coast,
the open gate, the world in steady hands.
Each height survived is morning at the wall,
each shipped and answered word a watch released —
until he sees no breach behind the call,
lays down the ledger, and departs in peace.
