Also (and this is more of a question for @CCHAHockey ) if St. Thomas were to win the CCHA Tournament, who would receive the automatic bid from the CCHA?

Hoping someone (@chnews) can clarify for me: according to this (https://t.co/klTRHxl34Q) St. Thomas currently has a 13% chance of making the tourney. However, due to their ongoing 5-year moratorium, aren't they ineligible to participate in the tournament?
