An NPP delegate from the Manhyia North Constituency has reported to the EDHUB that he and several other delegates feel threatened after a special aide to one of the parliamentary aspirants in the Manhyia North NPP primaries held last week called them and demanded they return an amount of 2,000 cedis they had paid before the elections. The aide, Nana Poku threatened them with consequences from the river god of Antoa if they did not comply.

Per the report, a large number of delegates convened with members of Richard Osei Bamfo's team at Garden City University in Kumasi, where each delegate allegedly received 2,000 cedis. However, Richard Osei Bamfo only managed to secure 15 out of the 689 valid votes, much to the surprise of everyone involved.

In an audio, Nana Poku, the special aide, gave them until tomorrow to return the 2,000 cedis they received or pay 10 times that amount after the deadline at Antoa.
