Have to post this here as FB is were the subject of this tweet occurred. I'm dialed into... the universe? Spirituality? The quantum realm?
I'm not talking super natural, but I've been practicing mindfulness and intention for a while now.

Diminished my peace by stressing over people and situations out of my control.

I also realized that I was using it & this app to feel superior to others.

As someone who has completed thousands of deliveries, and has occasionally used the service, can confidently assert that the consistency & nature of their behavior indicated that this is by design.

The customer service from @SkipTheDishes is downright malicious. It's not that they have the audacity to blame customers for their failings, it's that that is their go to.

It's the same they treat their drivers.
