@_Gaffa_@sydney_ev They might as a bit of a marketing win. If using their latest charging tech then they’ll need to have a significant power generation & storage facility at each stop. That would be wasteful as that route would be well served with 150kW chargers at a much lower investment.
@supercrump70268@sydney_ev You’re a bit delusional mate. BYD are certainly doing this in China at a rapid rate. Unless Tesla’s very competitive low Supercharger pricing scares them off then they’ll probably roll out here too.
@realRick_AUS I see your comments to replies suggest a new EV is unaffordable even though they start in the twenties. The majority of car purchases are for used vehicles which are even more affordable unless you’re reaching beyond your means.
@ElectricSingh@JackWei007@ryanjaycowan Wifey doesn’t know what she hasn’t experienced, my kids are filthy animals (6&8) having white means I can keep the seats cleaner. My wife’s ICE with black seats is definitely a biohazard but you can’t see it.
