@SVG__Collection Ramblin’ Jack Elliott. I know because I was on a long car drive with him and the conversation ( mostly stories from Jack ) was magnificent.
@mezzlevel@NewsHour Agreed. Smells of sexism/racism even if that’s not his explicit intention. Capehart’s response was appropriately stern (suggesting some more heated emotions underneath….)
@joshtpm he says "sorority, a colored sorority" - the word college wouldn't even make sense in that context (as a clarification of what "type" of sorority - what - as opposed to high school sorority???)
@AnandWrites So keep it secret from voters that he’s 81 by seeming like he’s much younger? Nah. Voters get it - he’s old, he’s gonna shuffle when he walks and lose his train of thought occasionally. He may not have another 4 years in him - so what - he has a capable successor in place!
@BFriedmanDC Serious question: can one reasonably expect some significant percentage of voters to vote for a democrat for senate and either withhold vote for Biden or vote for Trump? Does that voter even exist? Genuinely puzzled what we should I infer from these numbers.
