As kind of expected get invited to take this complaint off-line, so filled in the complaint form then get automatic response say they respond within 10 days! Good way to bury bad publicity.
@ScotRail if she were ablebodied she could have just jumped on and the train did not depart for another five minutes but there was no reasoning with the guard. Apparently this was not discrimination! We had arrived too late and that was that. Is that reasonable?
@ScotRail unfortunately disability discrimination is still alive and well on Scotrail. Just arrived at Waverley hoping to catch the 1011 to Wallyford with my wife in a wheelchair. Arrived at the departure time but train had not departed but the guard refused to get out the ramp.
@scotrailsucks if she was able-bodied she could’ve just jumped on however we all just sat there for the next five minutes until finally the train left with her and me on the platform that seem sensible! and apparently not discriminatory
@scotrailsucks disability discrimination is alive and well on Scotrail. Just arrived at Waverley with my wife in her wheelchair for the 2211 to Wallyford admittedly at the time train was due to depart so the guard refused to get the ramp out
@on_lothianbuses 0/5 for surley 473 bus driver who would not let my wife in her wheelchair board the 10:35 from Preston Grange to Edinburgh this morning because the one available wheelchair was already occupied! He could’ve been nicer about it!
@British_Airways now been waiting over an hour to disembark our BA flight from Innsbruck at T5 due to no one being available to connect the air bridge. LHR say it’s your responsibility to sort this. If so what are you doing about it?
@OpenreachHelp beware this Openreach van driver as he is clearly having a bad day. No idea what I did to annoy him but much jesticulstion, swerving in the road behind me, driving right up my rear and generally being very threatening. Not what you expect! Any comments?
