Three years ago today, The People’s Kitchen Belfast orgainised a mass march and rally to the City Hall to highlight the lack of services to those experiencing homelessness, fighting addiction and mental health issues. In the preceding 2 months, 15 people died by drugs.

The response from statutory bodies since, has been totally inadequate. Indeed, the situation with regard to homelessness has become worse 💔

And that’s a wrap on week 3 of the FAA summer programme. 45 YP enjoyed outdoor activities in Omagh, Belfast and Portrush. Memories made and fears conquered. 1 YP after 4 summers finally jumped into the water! Her swimming lessons from FAA have definitely helped @healthdpt

Not out of cruelty, but misplaced empathy.

I love my life, I live my life and I value my life.

Being disabled isn't wrong. It just a different way of living to yours.

@AmandaShields86 that's ore than a mile a day (31 days!) so you did brilliantly- even doing 1 a day is great (intentional movement) and so beneficial for so many reasons- we could all do with being more intentional with walking and just 'being' :)
