Our chair yoga participants welcomed back former LFC CEO Peter Moore, his wife Debbie and former LFC player Alan Kennedy to 'Shake it Off' at a Taylor Swift themed dance party🪩✨
Debbie created the group within our Red Neighbours programme in 2017 for socially isolated older women in the community to come together and enjoy being active❤️

Last week our van was broken into in the early hours of the morning by two people, they tried to steal the van completely over a 2 hour period but fortunately the van is still with us and only had minor damage.
It’s is absolutely vile to see this when we work so hard🤢😔
Congratulations to our very own @MrsEmmaDalton. Graduating from her Yoga Teacher Training Course and being just generally amazing. We loved our session today - Yogis ♥️
