The Issues:
The official, legitimate corporate entity that handled P-Square’s affairs was Northside Entertainment Limited.
Peter Okoye testified that Jude secretly incorporated Northside Music Limited, a company with a strikingly similar name without the knowledge or consent of the twin brothers. Peter alleged this was done deliberately to create confusion and exploit the P-Square brand name.
Corporate records revealed that Jude Okoye owns only 20% of Northside Music Limited, while his wife, Ifeoma, owns 80% (800,000 shares). Peter argues that Jude funneled group money into a business structured entirely to enrich his immediate family while cutting the twins out.
Jude maintains that this second entity was registered to function strictly as an independent record label and music publishing outfit to sign and distribute music for external, non-P-Square acts (such as dancehall artist Cynthia Morgan, whom he signed around that era).
The EFCC alleges that ₦850 million of the funds flowing through Northside Music Limited's accounts was laundered and used to buy a luxury property in Parkview Estate, Ikoyi.
Just to be clear:
There are two separate criminal cases actively being prosecuted by the EFCC against Jude Okoye and his firm, Northside Music Limited.
1. A seven-count charge involving the alleged laundering and diversion of ₦1.38 billion, $1 million, and £34,537.59.
2. A separate four-count charge focusing on the dishonest conversion and theft of music proceeds totaling over $1 million.
EFCC is prosecuting Jude based on their findings, not just by what Peter Okoye told them. Peter is a witness because he reported the issue to EFCC but he is not in court with Jude, the EFCC is! So nothing forbids him from speaking about the case.
Jude pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
The CAC registration document flying around was rejected in court because Jude’s lawyer didn’t follow legal procedure to tender it. For example, it wasn’t tendered as a Certified True Copy.
I have been reading every available document and court notes on the case, and I hope you’ll do the same.

If my response to “Who Naija language help?” upset some people, I apologize and take full responsibility for my words. That doesn’t mean I hate Nigerian languages or our culture.
It all started from an innocent tweet where I said my kids speak French, and it made me think maybe I should buy a house in Paris. Somehow, that turned into something completely different.
At no point did I say I hate the Igbo language or Igbo culture. I said “Naija language,” referring to the different languages in Nigeria, but some individuals twisted it and made it seem like I specifically mentioned Igbo. I didn’t.
That said, I still take responsibility for how my words were received.
But again, bro, you’re at it again, using this moment as another opportunity to pull me down. Just like I wrote in my open letter two years ago, doing everything possible to make people hate me will never work.
Yes, people are dragging me over my statement, and that’s okay. We all have moments where our words can be misunderstood or where we could have expressed ourselves better. I accept that. But deliberately twisting my words and using petty tactics to damage my reputation says a lot.
I don’t know why you look for every opportunity to make derisive comments or jump on the bandwagon whenever I’m being attacked. The other time, you threw shades at me and even age-shamed me for still dancing at my age. Now it’s this again.
At this point, I think it’s only fair I start giving the same energy I receive. No more Mr. Nice Guy.
It’s aura for aura, Egusi for Egusi, Oha for Oha.
@hypetribeng This snippet just hit different 🔥 Mr. P still serving pure vibes. “I love you because you fit vex for me” is already stuck in my head. August 7th can’t come soon enough!
