Unclear if it will come back up but I'd bet BAM will go after the funds in their lawsuit.

He accused the American Fork Police Department of swatting an investigator, pulling him over under false pretenses, arresting him after confirming the court case was real, stopping him three separate times while delivering court papers, and even holding him at gunpoint — all while he was trying to recover $200,000 in stolen LEGO.

The American Fork City Counsel heard public comments regarding the Lego theft reported by Reckless Ben and the actions made by the American Fork Police Department. Here are a few clips:

The American Fork city council was just warned: the increased taxes won’t be enough to cover the massive lawsuit that’s coming.

The AFPD reportedly violated the rights of Reckless Ben. The police chief then issued a public statement that was easily debunked by the bodycam footage they accidentally released.

They swatted and arrested a group at gunpoint, including a minor.

Now citizens are living in fear of retaliation after seeing what their police department was willing to do to cover for Bricks and Minifigs.

This wasnt the news I wanted to hear but it happened, PSA damaged my PSA 10 Lenticular Deoxys while it was getting reholdered. The card was impacted during encapsulation process and was deemed a PSA 6.
