Zohran Mamdani. Smiling during the 9/11 memorial as the names of the dead echoed across Ground Zero. His wife tapping hearts on Instagram posts celebrating the October 7 Hamas massacre. Netanyahu looking the British people in the eye and calling this man a Hamas supporter. Iranian hardliners toasting champagne in Tehran as their media hails his victory as a structural earthquake in American politics. A symbolic victory for Islam over the West.

This is who Miliband chooses to stand beside.

Not the British worker. Not the freezing pensioner. Not the Jewish community watching their safety evaporate. Not the families destroyed by the Channel crossings run by IRGC and Ranya Boys network.
