@FairfieldVilla@topskillsportuk@FullTankard Shouldnโt happen. Man U have 1.3B debt but run properly? 500M to other clubs in transfer fees. Man City have little debt just spending power
@RichardBurgon The debt they rack up is mostly due to rent, they are basically paying for landlords to increase their portfolios. Removing interest on the loans would be a good first step in helping them.
@richthorndike Fees gone up but standards have fell off a cliff. Itโs a difficult job but they need to recruit from a different pool and encourage more ex players into the fold. It would be easier to swallow if you were getting competency for your money.
@richthorndike Given the ability he has, I suspect heโll put the Alvechurch shirt on again in the future. Nowโs the time for him to get consistent minutes and a run under his belt. Once he gets on a run of form heโs unstoppable. Iโll definitely be keeping an eye on him.
@StanCollymore Making them full time has not improved standards at all. All itโs done is introduce cost. VAR is just presenting them with more opportunities to get it wrong. Thereโs no fast track for ex professional players, but there is for coaching. The us and them divide has never been wider

@crewedave1@StanCollymore The actual cost of that decision is a drop in the ocean compared to the billions wasted on PPE contracts, but please wheel the old favourites out ๐
