@SeneddWaste As a north Walian, we look to those cities for air travel, entertainment and a night out. We have close links. But I don't feel like we look to them for structure or anything to do with Wales. I still look within Wales for that.

@kittenheelsrule You might be using a one CV "fits all" approach. I used to be an employment coach. As much as a ball ache it is you need variations of your CV that are more suited to the industry you want to apply to.
