@JohnS99408739@D_perrino@EYakoby No, it doesn't. A warrant isn't a conviction. Also the ICC doesn't have jurisdiction over Israel and Palestine is not a state, so can't be a member. It was filed by a Muslim prosecutor, with a history of anti-Israel views, at the behest of Qatar.
