@Djoko_UTD I played with wooden rackets in the 70s and now with a Wilson RF97. There is no comparison. Modern rackets flatter mediocre players. Borg and Hewitt would be champions now. Borg would probably be No 1 as he was then.

@Djoko_UTD I played with a wooden rackets in the 70s and a McEnroe Dunlop Maxply in the 80s. I play now with my Wilson Federer RF97. The rackets bear no comparison. The power and control I have now is incredible. Borg and Hewitt were amazing players and would be champions now.

@GunnerPuls Michael Owen, Steve MacManaman, Laurie Cunningham

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@dave43law No, his argument is just that they come here. That’s it.

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@nice_two @_airJordans_ Dishoom is massively overpriced average level curry. The portions are quite small and the prices very high. I wouldn’t go there again.

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@PBlanco12487 To those younger people who think Messi or Ronaldo were the best ever, bear in mind that Messi himself says it is Maradona.

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@Ronieutd The four that haven’t won the World Cup

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@UTDIMole Looks like Gareth Bale

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@GunnerPuls Easy. Here’s three. Laurie Cunningham, Steve MacManaman, Michael Owen

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@TheExtremeMusi1 Also Olivia Newton-John was Australian.

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@TheExtremeMusi1 Best selling? Didn’t Soft Cell sell more than both Kaiser Chiefs and Shed Seven?

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@ivyessence_ 2026 sounds ultra controlled and unnatural. Actually it sounds shit. Thank God I’m back in 1985.

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@BBCMOTD Yes it’s clear. He took Gordon off soon after scoring and replaced him with a defender with 20 mins still to go. Terrible decision. He gave the best attacking team in the competition free licence to attack us. Argentina had been losing but Tuchel decided to change the plan.Loser

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@VileAnimals Tuchel messed up. Gordon who has been brilliant throughout had just scored and was causing problems. But Instead of building on that he took him off and decided to defend for 20 mins. Tuchel is a loser. England players were phenomenal, England Manager was useless. Truth hurts.

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@AnabellaMarvy Brilliant move and pass by Gordon.

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@_onlyscott Enrique, Cruyff, Del Bosque and Mourinho have all achieved more than Fergusson.

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@_abochie Ha ha. What has Wenger ever won? Ancelotti is five or six times the manager Wenger was.

[Peter Smithson @PeterSmithson18]

@5liveSport @1AaronPaul @morrisonclinton @donhutch4 Funny how you are all underestimating Leeds. You all think that low form Spurs and also West Ham will both beat in form Leeds. Amusing.
