It's seal pupping season and the fluffy white pups can be spotted along the Ceredigion coast 🙌👶

⚠️ Seal pups are vulnerable to disturbance so if you spot one stay AT LEAST 50m away ⚠️

If they're disturbed, touched or moved, the mother may abandon them 💔

We had a busy #BankHolidayWeekend launching our ILB twice. On Saturday to assist #RNLI lifeguards with injured kayaker near Llangrannog. We evacuated casualty from a small cove & on Sunday to a yacht with mechanical failure 2 miles west of New Quay Head & towed them to safety.
