@WatfordData Donโt forget we are nearly a season behind, hence we donโt know yet what state the finances are after the end of this season and action taken bearing in mind we recruited last Summer and the Winter window.
@Adam_Drury1 Trouble is there are no natural Leaders in the squad. We do have good players, but no stand out leaders who can galvanize the team & that team spirit.
Unfortunately this season is over other than pride, & as ever hopeful I will dream the next season will be better than the last.
@MikeWaltersMGM Scouting seems very good at midfield players but very poor for out and out strikers and defenders. This has seems to be an issue for a few years now.
Itโs it about time we review the scouting network we are using ?
@JordanWiemer Today was a prime example of one of the reasons why we wonโt be in the playoffs this season unfortunately. Just lack final bit of quality in the strikers.
Why we didnโt strengthen in this area in the transfer window seems a bit puzzling
@JackWFC1234 He is very good going forward and is fast, but has too many unforced errors in his game at this level compared to others.
A move now I think will be good for him and can perhaps develop him into a role he would be more comfortable with.
@moving_charlie With some new builds itโs not just the quality of the building. Itโs the quality of the pipe work installation and making sure there is the correct air ventilation in the loft. Some of these issues do not appear until 2 or 3 years later when you expect them to last say 10 years.
@androofrench What astonishes me that there seems no acknowledgment of the mistakes made & taking any accountability.
It is obvious to anyone the current operating model hiring & firing of head coaches is not working, if it were we surely be in a better positionโฆ.maybe in the EPL?
@JordanWiemer Today showed with the mistakes we made today with the 2 goals making the playoffs will be a stretch. Having said that we did play well today and hope we take that performance onto Tuesdayโs game.
