Does anyone have any idea how long it takes for @AnthropicAI to review a suspension and get a successful reinstatement? I am certain that I have not violated their TOS, but it has now been nearly 2 weeks and I can't get any kind of response to appeal.

@TheAmolAvasare can you please kindly help? Unauthorized charges to Amex business account were disputed and Anthropic charges were accidentally included. This was corrected with Amex and disputes have been reversed, but my account is still suspended for 10 days and silence.
