@MoonpigUK please don’t advertise a service that will deliver your cards for Mothers Day when in fact you can’t fulfil what you are stating. I could have just gone to the shops and bought something which is now what I’m going to have to do.
@HMRCcustomers I’m due a self assessment tax refund and the timescales on which you have indicated for it to be paid back has long passed. I’ve tried calling multiple times but constantly on hold or cut off. Please can someone contact me.
@HMRCcustomers It says I have £xxx available for repayment. I requested a repayment on the 11th Jan for HMRC to state it had received my request for repayment. The payment would be made within 2 weeks however to protect against fraud to wait up to 4 weeks before contacting HMRC.
@British_Airways one piece of advice. Please don’t have your customer service teams pretend to know what is going on with missing luggage to only let you down and give you conflicting feedback every time you call.

@virginmedia Yes…initially had two calls with your team and logged issues…multiple reboots, resets, pausing connections to devices. Was told I need to have 2 consecutive days of problems. We’ve now had over 10 days of problems but you aren’t the easiest organisation to get hold of.
@virginmedia some general tips on customer service:
1. Give your customers a service they pay for.
2. Don’t put me on hold for 30 minutes, then just cut me off (4 times now).
3. Make me pay extra for wifi boosters when my service pre-Christmas was fine.
4. Fix it, don’t log it
@virginmedia Connection keeps dropping out. Main problem being we now have to sit in the same room as the router to have any kind of connection. Was never a problem before so I don’t think we should have to pay for wifi boosters as suggested. Not great when working from home.
