I’d say that sandstone and fractured volcanic rocks tend to have high permeability due to their interconnected pore spaces and porous nature, which allow fluids to move through them easily. It’s more water resistant (less area for the water to stick to). #apesland @franklinlorax

Plants need fertilizer and water and other things to give it the nutrients it needs to thrive. Many mineral nutrients come from the soil. These nutrients are absorbed by the plants rocks when uptaking water. ##apesland @franklinlorax

My mom drives a honda crv which is a fuel efficient veichle that has eco mode. We drive on eco mode to use less gas and create few emissions. The population is rapidly growing everyday and using less gas is great for lowering our ecological footprint. #apespop #franklinlorax

Franklin (Wisconsin) is a part of the temperate forest biome. Wisconsin is dominated by temperate dry forests and typically experiences average temperatures and rainfall. Wisconsin has four seasons as well highly indicative of a temperate forest biome. @franklinlorax #apeseco

The water that I get from my sink has been filtered by the Oak Creek Facility Water Plant. It is good to know that all micro plastics and bacteria have been filtered out.

Living in Franklin, I get my water from Lake Michigan. It’s great to know that the water I get goes through the Oak creek water treatment plant and the assure it is safe for use. This allows me to have healthy drinking water so I can stay hydrated @franklinlorax #apeswater

Driveways and roads are impervious surfaces. When it rains, water collects chemicals and other pollutants and carries it along the surface. Then that polluted water eventually enters the ground or a large body of water, which harms living organisms. #apeswater @franklinlorax
