After a long drive along a rough gravel road and an even longer hike along a mountain track, we were rewarded with the breath-taking sight of possibly the most beautiful waterfall in Iceland.

The final photo of my countdown is one from the best wildlife trip we've been on - to the Great Bear Rainforest to search for grizzly bears.
We stood on the river bank as this mother & cub caught salmon in the river right in front of us. An incredible experience.
