Final engagement yesterday was at the beautiful Brownlow House for a Lambeg drumming match, with 30 drummers in attendance. It was great to see so many young people taking part and helping to preserve and promote our tradition and culture.
After a very busy Saturday morning, I made it over to South Lake Leisure Centre for the Take ยฃ500+ Market Stall event. It was fantastic to chat with the stallholders and learn about some truly inspiring projects. There was a real buzz around the hall!

Delighted to see the Artisan Markets return to Lurgan yesterday. Despite the showers, it was great to catch up with the stall holders and see such a fantastic range of products on display. From handcrafted gifts and homegrown produce to gourmet treats and unique artwork.
I popped in to see the Fun Day yesterday at Lurgan Town Arena, where the ABC Small Sided Games Centre End of Season Fun Day brought together over 2,000 players, parents, coaches, volunteers, and supporters for a fantastic celebration of football and community.

In my March Opening announcement, alongside Stephen Moutray, we requested a civic reception to celebrate the 200th anniversary of High Street Methodist Church.Last night, we had the pleasure of welcoming more than 45 members and associates of the church.
Yesterday was a very special Pentecost Sunday as Cynthia and I joined the congregation at Magherally Parish. The occasion was made even more meaningful as my friend Paul Stafford preached his very first sermon. It was a privilege to be there and share in such a memorable service.
Over the weekend, I attended the Portadown Canine Club All Breed Dog Show in the amazing Lurgan Park, which was in prime condition. There were over 600 dogs on show, and the weather also played its part. Well done to Diane, Alan, and all the committee for their hard work. the
Had a great night on Saturday attending the end of season dinner and prize giving for Lurgan Town Football Club at Lurgan Golf Club. Well done to all the prize winners and congratulations to everyone involved at the club on another season completed.
