I have customers with new Hisense freely TV’s, would like to watch That’s Christmas and Netflix.
When the tv is connected to the internet Freeview is disabled and freely activated, removing channels. Is there an option to disable freely to be able to use Freeview? @Freely_tv
@arqiva I enquired at my supplier in Middlesbrough if they had received any calls regarding the issue. They too have been receiving calls. An aerial company in Hartlepool has put a post on Facebook regarding the fault.
@arqiva I have lost count of the number of phone calls from customers but at home (SR8 5PG) I can receive both Eston and Bilsdale on the same aerial, Bilsdale is not affected.
The signal fault is still ongoing, it now appears to be not weather related so hopefully @arqiva can fix it soon.
Only affects the following channels 12, 16, 20, 21, 22, 28, 29, 32, 33, 41, 42, 46, 58, 59, 64, 67, 74, 78, 81
This is only on the Eston NAB transmitter not Bilsdale

Customers French TNT Sat receiver not working but Dutch Canal Digitaal receiver is. Sky dish with LNB taped in place had been installed to receive Astra 3 only. New dish and twin monoblock installed for Astra 1 & 3. Both receivers retuned and now working, another happy customer
@a516digital Do you know what power levels Eston NAB are using and what Bilsdale will use?
I was lead to believe that the Bilsdale mast would replace Eston and Eston would return to being a relay

Aerial install in a new build, electrician had already installed cabling to 3 sockets. All 3 did not work when connected, quickly located the faults on all 3, all fixed, happy customer.
Let down by @Argos_Online with the quality of service given to one of my customers when a TV I had recommended displays the message that the TV is over heating. TV was less than 3 months old but Argos say it’s Hisense problem, Hisense say it’s Argos problem, send away for repair
Disappointed in the after sales service received from @Argos_Online & @HisenseUK re my faulty TV. No allowance made within their returns policy for self isolation or lockdown and both companies passing by buck. Lesson learnt you get what you pay for, no more shopping at Argos
Motorised dish install today for a customer to view Spanish language channels from Astra 1, Hotbird and Hispasat. Also able to receive many other satellites including English channels from Astra 2.
On Thursday March 12th BBC HD and SD channels from the Bilsdale transmitter will be affected.
To fix this you will need to retune your equipment after the changes (after 6 am).

Freesat dish in need of replacement due to severe corrosion. The weight of the LNB causing the arm to slowly drop resulting in loss of signal. New dish & LNB fitted, another satisfied customer. #freesat#satellite
