"If you can afford to pay cash, you should probably take a loan."
If you can get a "friendlier loan" you can reserve your cash flow, invest that money & use the returns to pay the installments.

I was excited to represent @apolloagri at this session on Feeding Africa by empowering smallholder farmer to improve their productivity through access to credit and quality inputs.I have no doubt that Kenya will lead the way, exactly the same we did on mobile money @WilliamsRuto
The way the Kenya shilling is depreciating doesn't appear natural or market driven. It appears like a tightly controlled decent aimed at devaluing the currency. This could be in compliance with IMF's directives like is happening with the Egyptian pound.

Interestingly, cash flow is more important than net worth. You can have Sh 1M net worth, but not enough cash flow to pay for your monthly bills.
You could also have enough cash flow to cover monthly bills & still be far from Sh 1M net worth.
Prioritize cash flow over net worth.
Before I started focusing on my finances, my situation was:
🔹No investments.
🔹No emergency fund.
🔹Living payslip to payslip.
When I started focusing more on my finances, my worries include:
🔸How do I invest more?
🔸How do I increase income?
🔸How do I rebalance portfolio?
Excited to help Jane, a village elder in Bogichora, Nyamira, access subsidized fertilizer for the first time at @NCPB_KE through a loan from @apolloagri!
