At Peter's Pumpkins and Carmen's Corn, we are harvesting fresh beans! GREEN BEANS, perfect for eating fresh, steaming, roasting, or canning. WAX BEANS (yellow) are ideal for salads, stir-fries, and pickling. PURPLE BEANS have a slightly sweeter flavor and turn green when cooked.
