An epic feeding frenzy of minke #whales, common #dolphins & gannets off #WestCork yesterday. There were at least 7 minkes (8-10m long) involved. The dolphins had rounded up the bait ball & then all hell broke loose. Watch the spectacular lung feeding!

This was the beginnings of a new bus shelter on Nov 12th 21 on the Tower Rd. It is now Jan 6th 22 and nothing has changed. Bollards still there, no bus shelter.

The owner of the corner shop in our village - Tim Crowley - passed away last week. A man loved by generations. A candle has been lighting outside the recently closed shop all weekend + messages from local children posted on the door like this one….

little girl in work today asked me if i watched the toy show last night and i said yes and she asked me if i saw the girl on it with hearing aids and i told her i did and she beamed as she showed me her own hearing aids and said “I have them too!” representation is so important

COP26 in Glasgow. 20 Tesla cars brought to ferry then 50 miles back and forth. Gleneagles has one charging station. Malcolm Plant Hire contracted to supply diesel and generators to recharge the Teslas overnight. Talk about take the piss. 😡
