Oh for the love of God - that person in the security cam footage is NOT BRIAN COLE JR. i do not know what possessed those in charge to blame an innocent man, but you don’t need decades worth of research to tell you what you can see with your own eyes! These two people could not be more different. Whatever you are selling - no one with a brain or eyes is buying it. The only “conflict of interest” in this case is @TheJusticeDept’s inherent lack of interest in justice. They know the synergy of the same team defending both the criminal and civil cases is kicking their asses.

There is, indeed, the absolute opposite happening of what they feign to care about. Cole’s case is stronger because of the civil case, and the DOJ is back on their heels right now. Which is why they are throwing this bullshit Hail Mary pass, and planning yet another superseding indictment in hopes of frightening Brian and his family into the plea bargain they have so far failed to elicit.

This is a farce that @USAttyPirro’s good buddy Jocelyn Ballantine is orchestrating.
