I’m staggered by the lack of reaction to the IPCC report. There’s almost no significant action. I don’t think we can get it until the media screams the full truth to the public & I see almost no one in the media who understands that this is true: New tactics needed urgently.

No more badly done investigations of hospital incidents by those without training.

A bad investigation, is worse than no investigation IMHO.

Plenty of inadvertent current and future harm to staff and patients.
