@daisycruzmed If working an overnight shift, changing shoes will make your feet feel better. No foot/shoe was meant active >16 hrs, & changing shoe&socks will make you a new human. Retire old running shoes to OR, wear compression socks qday. Allbirds, Rothys for clinics. Never wear heels again

@EmmaDep Prevention would be awesome- if only we knew the reasons why folks develop achalasia. In our practice, we saw a husband and wife both get it. (They were not related to each other) This furthers the theory about an environmental cause to this disease.
