I filed an RTI and 2nd appeal with #Karnataka Information Commission and during the hearing Mr Srikanth from Yelahanka Tahisildar’s office said I could come and collect a copy of Survey Map.

I confirmed with him in the morning over phone and went to the office in afternoon today.

“Document not available, come back in 2 days”

Trump has instructed US colleges to cap international undergraduate students at 15% of total enrollment, with no more than 5% coming from any single country.

This will hit Indian students the hardest, since they currently make up around 25–30% of all international students in US.

Bringing that number down from 30% to 5% means many thousands of Indian students each year will lose out on US education opportunities, followed by a job and a well-settled life.

I'm not blaming or protesting; their country, their rules. Soon more countries will follow this, and ultimately, for most of us, there will be no option but to live and grind in India only. All the best.
