Hopefully Zeztz can stick the landing, but knowing Takahashi's track record I'm not super optimistic.
Zeztz is probably gonna end up around the middle of my ranking by the end of the series and that's alright, the time I spend watching it with friends makes any season worth it :)

Zeztz has some insanely well executed ideas and concepts. The big twist in episode 24 was genuinely one of the coolest things I've seen from a storytelling perspective. The suit design has been great, a majority of the cast is wonderful, the action is creative, and the OST slaps

Unless something absolutely MAJOR happens for Odaka's character, he legit might go down as one of the worst secondaries of all time alongside DiEnd and Kaixa.
Seig is also kinda eh. He was cool at first, now he's just the weird antagonist the main cast keeps around begrudgingly.

Ky's only half Hylden he must hate the Hylden Lord for causing his partial entrapment or at the very least dislike him. Elaleth is going to be instrumental to Kain's success, whether you like her or not is irrelevant. This is the direction the series has gone, get over it

I've noticed that a lot of people dislike Elaleth and say her inclusion makes no sense
Did we play the same games and go through the same stories? Soul Reaver 2 is the perfect explanation for her existence thanks to the paradox at the end of the game

Who's to say Elaleth wasn't born due to this paradox born of Raziel and Kain's actions in Soul Reaver 2? Time was strained especially hard, Elaleth could very well be a product of the reshuffle. Her freeing Ky from the Demon Realm could assist Kain in killing the Hylden Lord
