Had the best powerlifting meet of my life yesterday. Went 9/9 on meet attempts, set four state records, multiple PRs and achieved all the goals I set out to hit. 534lb squat, 369lb bench, and a 639lb deadlift. 1543lb total. Won first in the open and junior 181lb weight classes 💪

Officer’s received calls that a dude was loitering with a machete in his hand.

They showed up to see what was up and the 38 year old suspect ran inside a business, taking a woman hostage.

The officer in the video waited for the right moment and fired three shots, striking the suspect in the face, neck, and left arm.

He drew, extended, and fired 3 shots in a little over 1 second. Outstanding.

The suspect’s brother stated:
"He’s a good guy. They can’t tell me he had a machete and tried to cut people throat. Nah, he ain’t like that."

He died 🤷
