“We got a little farther along, and the bearings go out on the station wagon. We had to stop and stay there for 2 or 3 days, while they ordered the parts to fix the station wagon. It was very bizarre.” - Benmont Tench

‘Mission Of Mercy’ was a conscientious effort for the Knobs not to repeat themselves and we’re really looking forward to bringing you these songs on the road. Which ones are you looking forward to hearing? 🎸

“I Remember” started on the piano. The Knobs brought their magic and turned it into our lead single from ‘Mission of Mercy.’ It has a simple but important message…… don't live in the past, just borrow from it.
Wishing a very Happy Birthday to Keith Eveland from all of Tom Petty Nation!
Thank you, Keith, for everything you do to keep the music and Tom's legacy alive!
As soon as “Buried Treasure” was finished, I knew exactly who I wanted to hear on it. I couldn’t wait to send the track to Benmont Tench and ask him to add his magic on the keys. His playing elevated the song in all the best ways, and I’m honored to have him on Carry The Light.
Feel the rush of the ‘You’re Gonna Get It!’ tour all over again with ‘Live at the Paradise Rock Club, 1978.’ These newly mastered recordings capture the raw energy of The Heartbreakers live. Grab your copy now: https://t.co/v2hzZXETpJ
