@carryontitterin Her Nurse Clarke in Doctor is one of my favourite female characters in the series. Very sweet, loyal character, and she plays an important part in the film, because it's her informing the patients of Dr Kilmore being set up by Matron & Tinkle that sets about the patients revolt.
Watching Cannonball Run 2. Don't think I've seen this one all the way through. Remember it always being on over Christmas and seeing the opening scenes with Doug Mcclure and Clinger off MASH several times, then it was normally time to go visiting so I always missed the rest.
Just watched a documentary on Some Like It Hot, called Nobody's Perfect. The documentary was good, and it made me realise I've gotta watch this comedy masterpiece again.
Nearly time for another great outing of Give Us A Clue on Talking Pictures channel. And nearly time for Lionel Blair to nick the seat of whoever is doing the clue so he can sit closer to the others.
In the Mr Men, Mr Small was called that because he was obviously small, but Mr Quiet wasn't much bigger than him. And Mr Bounce looked like he was even smaller than him. Just something to think about.
Watching Give Us A Clue, great to see Talking Pictures channel repeating them. Although the gifs of Liza Goddard, we're still on the Una Stubbs years. This really takes me back to the 80s.
Having rewatched the Friday the 13th films from 1 to 8, I'll now be ranking the leading Lasses from the films. Wherever they're placed they're better than any female leads in any films made in the last ten years.
@davetheloch It was the missing one for me when I was younger, I had Friday the 13th 6 and 8 on VHS back then and was always interested to know what happened in this one.
Watching Friday the 13th Part 7, one of my favourites in the series. The main lass is incredibly likeable and it's got Bernie Lomax off Weekend At Bernie's.
