Zero communication from station staff except for last minute kafkaesque platform alterations, leading to hundreds of people stampeding. Treat us like humans not cattle! How there can be still be disruption after a ‘safety inspection’ which occurred almost 6 hours ago?
.@TLRailUK Hi, I just wanted to say that you treat your customers with utter contempt during disruption. At East Croydon currently travelling towards Redhill after being turfed out when the train switched to a non stopping service to Gatwick (after it departed London Bridge!)

Gove slams Labour's - and now the LibDems'(?) - plans to "build all over the greenbelt and to destroy precious natural habitats".
"Labour must not be allowed to take our fields, meadows and forests away from our children and we will stop them"
