PRT recently held its annual Steering Committee Retreat in Globe. PRT partner RCAC has worked with local leaders to strengthen Globe’s small business ecosystem. Our visit reinforced a simple truth: lasting impact happens when trusted partners work alongside local leadership.

The PRT team visited YouthBuild, a core initiative led by @CDCBcdcb in South Texas. The program equips young people with certifications in CNC manufacturing, construction, and welding, directly addressing workforce shortages while supporting long-term community development.
