I know lawn service and landscaping is way over saturated, but I’m convinced I could create a monster business. No one picks up the phone or responds to a website submission. Shame.
Well folks, the time has come. I’ve quit my $185K corporate job to go all in on the cleaning biz (and some side projects). Time to lock in and take over 😎
I have a great cleaner, can throw anything at her. I call her my grunt because she can do any job (no matter how gross). But she sleeps in once a week because she has like 3 jobs. Causing me to move things around or put me in a bind. I’ve decided it’s just my cost of doing biz.
$90k revenue officially broken. 📈
474% growth this May over May.
All-time highs are getting pretty high.
Single man operation (if you have a good rec for a VA pls let me know 😂)
This train ain’t stopping. 🚂
First call was LSA, called again but from my GBP. Same quote, still not happy with the price. “I want to switch because they are also trying to raise the price” LADY ITS 6500sqft.
Feel bad for all the local biz she’s burning everyone’s LSA 😂
Just got a call for biweekly pricing on a 6 bed 8 bath 6500sqft home. My pricing doesn’t even go to 8 bathrooms lol so I had to guess. Just said $500 per clean and she said “oh absolutely not we pay $200”. I asked why she wants to switch and she said they don’t do a good job. LOL
Had a customer who was never satisfied for 6 months. After multiple free cleanings and re-cleans, I sent our best team (60+ years experience, 50+ five-star reviews) to his 2-bed. Still complained—so I canceled for him. Done dealing with grifters.
We did it fam 😎 Broke the $80k barrier! Here’s a little transparency into our growth year to date.
January - $42.2K
February - $48.6K
March - $66K
April - $80K
Nearly DOUBLED in 3 months. Were we built for it? No…still drowning. Keep pushin
What a month for the cleaning business. We had a big set back in MRR to the tune of about $7k but we’re slowly building it back. Turning off all LSA for the month of May to see if I finally have organic traffic dialed (it seems to be doing much better anyways). Stay tuned.
The worst type of people that will blow your LSA budget. Will reply so I don’t hurt the algorithm, but no intention of working with these kinds of people.
@bradncpa One no call no show, one called an hour before and said they accepted another job, and #3 showed up on time and in business casual. Successful test clean today and we begin onboarding!
