Golf For All held it’s weekly clinic for adults with autism yesterday at the Leo J Martin GC. It was a pleasure helping longtime participant Hector with his golf swing. It was a fun day on the practice ground.
I always enjoy my time teaching adults with autism at Golf For All’s weekly clinics for adults on the autism spectrum. My friend Troy continues to improve and is having fun. You can’t ask for more then that.
Navy veteran Michael Kuhn was on the first tee of Ponkapoag #2 yesterday. It was Mike’s first time on on a golf course in over 10 years. He loved being back on the grass with the help of an adaptive golf cart. I call him “Iron Mike” because he never gives up.

I attended the Braintree High School’s Instrumental Winter Concert last night with my friends Kevin Riordan and Chris Murphy. The concert was amazing! It’s always a pleasure to support young musicians and the arts in your community. Bravo!
Congratulations to Chris Eldridge on winning the Bob Beach Award at the Special Olympics ceremony of inclusion last night in Boston. Chris is a volunteer golf coach for the Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester. It was great to see how happy he and his family was. Well done.
