@sarahattersley@uniofwarwick Even worse - it's 1 hour per 3000 words, so many assignments are assigned even less time, e.g. 40 mins for 2000 words, 20 mins for 1000. Add together the time taken to read, reflect, compare, mark, write meaningful feedback, and add the marks on Tabula = a lot of unpaid work!

After being told by the HSE to work with us to address high levels of work-related stress, we're pleased our employer accepted action was needed over the 26 stressors we identified. Unfortunately we believe the actions our employer has told the HSE they would take are inadequate.
