People are saying I am being overly optimistic, but please see this ECMWF forecast for the next 6 weeks. I don't see any major problems until August 20. The forecast shows almost normal to slightly below normal monsoon rainfall until August 17.

Of course, as the monsoon trough moves northward, rainfall will reduce over Central, South, and West India, but it will increase over East and Northeast India. So the average doesn't look that bad overall.

Let's see how things unfold. However, it appears that there are significant improvements in the forecast compared to previous estimates.

Such a good harvest but serious lack of concern in packaging the produce.
Roundup aka glyphosphate is a known broad spectrum herbicide. Wash it thoroughly before consuming.
