In unlock 4.0 PhD research scholars must be allowed to join their institutes. Several research projects are pending due to closing of institutes.Schools can remain closed but not research institutes

Evertime unlock guildlines stated about that educational institution remain shut and online study. Please understand our PhD work is based on lab work we can't do work from home or online.

Yes brother truely said. Many institute are still not allowing PhD to get back to there work giving reference to unlock guidelines stating educational institution should remain closed. We urges @HMOIndia @AmitShah to please include something about PhD in next guideline.

Many research institute have been called PhD to institute but some are still waiting for clear notification from government in unlock guidelines. Please try to include PhD scholar in next unlock guidelines.

It's request from many PhD scholar across India to look at us also. We are being forcefully seating at our home since 6 month while doing nothing productive. Plz make sure unlock 4 guidelines must contain special line for PhD scholar to resume work.

PhD students have been badly affected. Work from home is not an option for us. Please allow PhDs to resume their work in next unlock guidelines. Once inside the institute in our hostels, we dont have to come out and follow rest of the guidelines. Hope our request is entertained.

5 months for a PhD student count a lot & especially when someone can't work from home as internet shutdown
#Kashmir. Already some renowned institutions of national importance have started working. Please make a clear direction to open research institutions. India needs research.
