This applies to many married/committed men. And, sadly, for many of them, the only real solution is to let the woman go & find another woman that can tick these boxes.

If you want to be a traditional head of the house, get a woman who is like a child. If you want a partner who can also carry the finances & decision-making, get a woman who is like an adult.
