Worst case scenario for CsgoRoll : they get fined by authorities (a couple millions max) and don't appeal, they still gained some visibility which can compensate this amount

1. Csgoroll isn't a French company so French authorities can't do anything about it's existence
2. Only thing authorities can do is force those sites to block French users and forbid ads on French territory

Csgoroll doesn't consider themselves as gambling bc "skins donc have real monetary value" (according to their Terms and conditions) which is bullshit even according to French law... If they show at the major they'll have a real problem with consumer authorities

Obviously it's not allowed to advertise unauthorized
