Finally back from my trip to oulu 24 hours late due to a @Finnair & @flybe mess up. Left me stranded in Amsterdam for 24 hours without a hotel or refreshments and now don’t reply to emails...is his how you treat your FinnairPlus customers? Flybe just shut their desks and left
