Hey @AmericanAir I am a very disappointed customer. Never-mind that my family went through a horrible experience, our lost bags and inability to contact the organization have frustrated us to no end. We were promised a call in 3 biz days but nothing. What are we supposed to do?

@SoapyJoesCW My advice is not to use Soapy Joes if you have a fleet vehicle or ever need a receipt for invoicing. They require you to email them to get a copy of every receipt every month and sometimes they never respond. Great car wash but unfortunately the customer service is not reliable.
