@TLevels_govuk So it seems, reality is there are few real work placements and the 80% class work over the 2 years is all focused on one exam. Which really doesn’t sit well with most learners who enrol on vocational courses. It will be interesting to see the result data

@PrimaryCoHead I work in FE and it is similar, I was observed, good feedback. But these seem an unnecessary pressure. I would prefer to see our SLT opt to offer to take one of my lessons to give hard working staff a break and offer some real support.
