PhasorPy is an open-source Python library for the analysis of fluorescence lifetime and hyperspectral images using the Phasor approach. EOSS5 @cziscience funded
This is quite an achievement for our group. Two years ago, we started @phasorpy, and in parallel, @brunop182 & @zoccolermarcelo started to develop Napari-Phasors plugin for FLIM & HSI analysis. I'm extremely happy to share this with the community. Take a look, feedback is welcome
