@pokeechaos i think you’re being way too hard on it it’s a decent looking card clears the flat looking mega chandelure sir imo but i will agree it’s prob the worst looking zeraora alt art we’ve gotten
I think i absolutely prefer it to the silver tempest one, but all of these zeraoras clear the new SIR! We have been very spoiled since swsh tho so too much complaining is just greedy
@FinalViolaVII@BaBellew i’m excited for salamance but they just got one, and i’m excited for sylveon but they’ve gotten uhhh 8+ alt arts across languages since sun and moon??? There’s a zeraora promo too but again, he’s gotten so much. I am starting to lose some of my love for cards
@FinalViolaVII@BaBellew what an actual nightmare of a set new gengar, greninja, pikachu, sylveon, etc SIRs. ever since 151 it’s felt like they’ve decided to just print the same 30 or so popular pokemon over and over again instead of giving other and newer mons their flowers
I wish I could
Remind yalll
Nobody wanted pokemon cards for a solid 20 years.
It was super niche.
Yes some of the collectors are here and will call me out. (Hey I was collecting and in and out to the hobby my whole life so stfu)
But basically nobodyyyyyyuu cared. This is not debatable. Pokemon effectively existed in a vaccum of non caring for 20 years.
The cards. Specifically talking about the cards.
You could
Buy a near mint 1st edition neo Lugia in 2019 for $40
You could buy near mint shining corocoro mew for $20 most of its life
You could buy the 1996 it pika and jiggly for $5 for basically 27 years
Anyway there’s levels to this
